Carrie Ann Williams receives Firm Leader of the Year Award from SMPS Maryland

On June 8, 2023 Andana Consulting Founder and CEO, Carrie Ann Williams was presented with the 2023 Firm Leader of the Year Award.

The Maryland Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Firm Leader of the Year Award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated commitment to SMPS’ vision “Business Transformed Through Marketing Leadership” and who has been an advocate for SMPS and their firm’s marketing department.

A current member of the Senior Advisory Council for SMPS Maryland, Carrie Ann has held leadership roles within the chapter since 2006 and has been a member since 2003.

“I am overwhelmed with this recognition as a firm leader in the A/E/C community within Maryland,” stated Carrie Ann. “Nine years ago I started Andana with a clear vision for my team and the work we would do.  And now, here we are, working with A/E/C firms to make an impact in our communities and around the world. I’m so honored to receive this award, and even more excited to see where the next nine years take us!”
